This stunning doppelbock from the holy mountain of Andechs is made with century-old Benedictine monastery brewing skills. The color is dark copper, with a hint of mahogany red. The taste world is very soft, even deceptively light. The tones of roasted malt happily play with caramel sweetness and dried fruit flavors.
