Dale’s Pale Ale on tuoksultaan vahvasti humalainen, hedelmäiset ja pihkaiset vivahteet lyövät kattä maltaiden aromien kanssa. Maussa humala jyllää myös hedelmäisyydellään sekä havumetsän aromien kera ja katkeruuttakin löytyy 65 IBUn verran. Runko tasapainottaa kokonaisuutta maltaisuudellaan hienosti. Juotavuudessaan loistava olut, joka on nimetty ”Top US Pale Ale” New York Timesin artikkelissa ja tällä hetkellä on Coloradon myydyin Pale Ale. Ratebeerissä tämä on arvostettu 97 pisteen arvoiseksi.
