Twisted Thistle is the brewery's flagship beer. This American-style IPA bursts with nice citrus and floral fruity aromas. The taste world is herbally citrusy and the fruity hints of hops go hand in hand with the cookie-like maltiness. The bitterness is well balanced with the body, even though this is also "old style" properly hopped with bitters. Challenger, Cascade and Hersbrucker hop varieties.
