La Trappe Dubbel on verraten nuori olut, sitä on valmistettu vuodesta 1987. Tumman ruskea, pehmeän maltainen ja runsaalla, kermaisella vaahdolla varustettu olut. La Trappen Dubbelissa maistuvat miellyttävästi karamellinen maltaisuus ja mukava hedelmäisyys täydentää kokonaisuutta. Tämä pullossa käyvä olut kestää säilytystä jonkin aikaa, mutta kannattaa silti nauttia kohtuullisen tuoreena.
