The love child of Bavarian LaBrassBanda and Schneider Weisse. In the taste world, a little bit of Sauvignon Blanc white wine. Citrus, fruitiness and elderflower in the aroma. The taste is fresh, summery and ends with a refreshing bite of noble hops. The specialty of this beer is that in addition to the local Hallertau hops, New Zealand hop varieties are also used.
