Blanche de Liège Rosée is flavored with raspberry juice, which gives this witbier a nice extra dimension. Freshly berry, but also citrusy sour thirst quencher. The color is hazy, orange with a hint of red, and the foam is slightly broken white, with a hint of reddish. The raspberry is clearly present, but not too much - in the words of the brewery representative, "a mixture of intensity and delicacy". Fresh summer beer!
