Elegantly packed in a paper wrapper, Bacchus is a pleasantly fresh, vinous and balanced Flemish red-brown beer. Pleasant acidity, malty sweetness and refreshing fruitiness in a reasonably approachable package. This beer is a great first step into this style of beer, as there is clearly less acidity than some other beers of a similar style.
