St-Louis Kriek esiteltiin ensimmäisen kerran jo vuonna 1958, Brysselin maailmannäyttelyn kunniaksi. Tämä Kriek on perinteisempiä lambiceja makeampi, mutta tehty kuitenkin lambic-pohjaan. Oblacinska-kirsikoita on maseroitu geuzessa kuuden kuukauden ajan, kunnes niiden mehu käytetään tämän Kriekin valmistukseen. Tämä kirsikkaolut on selkeästi makea, mutta miellyttävän virkistävä hapokkuus tasapainottaa kokonaisuutta mukavasti.
